Yes. An agreement executed on the correct e-stamp paper and signed via Aadhaar OTP eSign is legally valid under the Information Technology Act, 2000. Every execution on IOUX is accompanied by an advocate-certified Digital Document Execution (DDE) report for evidence.

Yes. Aadhaar-based eSign is an electronic signature recognised under the IT Act, 2000, and is widely used for agreements, KYC and lending documents across India.

No. Each party reviews the same document, completes eKYC and eSigns from their own phone, anywhere — no in-person meeting required.

A Digital Document Execution report is an advocate-certified, court-admissible record of how a document was executed — identity, consent, stamp, signature and timestamp.

IOUX reads the applicable Stamp Act based on the document type, value, and the state where it is executed, and suggests the correct duty — or you can set a custom value. Rates vary by state and change over time.

Yes. e-Stamp paper procured through authorised channels is a valid substitute for physical non-judicial stamp paper for agreements, deeds and affidavits.

No. Once purchased, stamp paper cannot be amended, replaced or refunded, so confirm all parameters before purchase.

Identity and authenticity of individuals and entities — via Aadhaar, PAN, DigiLocker, Voter-ID, Driving Licence, Passport, bank account and GST.

No. IOUX uses Aadhaar only for demographic, e-KYC and OTP authentication via UIDAI. The Aadhaar number is not stored and biometric details are never retained.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2/1.3) and at rest (AES-256), stored in India, with role-based access, tamper-evident audit trails and CERT-IN-tested infrastructure.
