The terms governing your use of the IOUX website, app and services.
IOUX provides a platform to formalise contracts, deeds and documents and to access related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
IOUX integrates an eSign facility (per the eSign API specifications of the Controller of Certifying Authorities), lets you create and execute agreements, deeds and contracts from draft templates or your own documents, calculates and facilitates stamp duty, and supports dispute resolution. Use is on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis, subject to these Terms.
The services are available only to persons aged 18 or over who have not been previously suspended by IOUX. You represent that you meet these requirements and have authority to enter into agreements for yourself or the entity you represent.
You agree not to misuse the platform — including not posting unlawful or infringing content, not interfering with security or operation, not introducing malicious code, not providing false information, and not using the services for fraudulent or illegal activity. Breach may result in suspension or termination.
Where you use Aadhaar-based authentication and eSign, you consent to IOUX using your Aadhaar details only for demographic authentication, validation, e-KYC and OTP authentication via UIDAI, in accordance with the Aadhaar Act, 2016. IOUX does not store your Aadhaar number. eSign is applied only after your OTP authentication; you are responsible for safeguarding your phone and OTP.
IOUX is a facilitator. Templates are drafts you customise to your requirements; they do not constitute legal advice. IOUX is not a party to any contract you execute and is not responsible for the performance or enforceability of obligations between contracting parties. You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy and suitability of any document.
Stamp duty information is provided for convenience. Rates are set by each State / UT and change from time to time; confirm all parameters before purchase. Stamp paper, once purchased, cannot be amended, replaced or refunded.
All content on the website is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You receive a limited licence to access the information for personal use; you may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. IOUX does not provide legal, accounting or auditing services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IOUX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Your use of the services is at your sole risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold IOUX, its affiliates, officers and partners harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your use or misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, or breach of your representations.
By initiating a transaction you enter a binding contract to pay the applicable price. Payments are processed through gateways governed by the terms between you and your provider. Except where a claim arises from our breach, fees paid are not refundable.
These Terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction. Disputes not resolved amicably within 30 days of written notice shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Delhi, in English. Where all parties opt for IOUX’s Alternative Disputes Redressal Mechanism (ADRM), IOUX acts as facilitator to that arbitration on the terms set out in the agreement.
We may modify these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may send notices electronically by posting on the website or by email, SMS or WhatsApp. For questions, contact contact@ioux.in or 1800-274-8822.
